I made a deliciously sweet smoothie today and I wanted to share it with everyone. I think adults and kids would love this smoothie as a sweet treat instead of a typical maybe not so healthy dessert. Seriously, it’s that delicious!

Ingredients

7 Baby Carrots

2 Cucumber slices

1/3 Celery stalk

6 Pineapple cubes

1 Large Bananas

4oz Water

Add all ingredients in blender and blend on High for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Makes 12 ounces. Serves 1.
