The Good: I received what resembled a mini fridge in the mail with shelves of food. I thought it was really cool. Inside I read that it would be picked up the very next morning and to sit it outside before 8am. I think this is a great idea. Now the first meal I made was the TURKEY TACO BOWL. This recipe was one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever tried. In fact I cannot wait to make it again and again. The Pico de Gallo was the star of the dish. The servings were huge, however it did say 2 to 3 servings. I also enjoyed how easy it was to make.
The second recipe I made was SWEDISH MEATBALLS. This meal was just okay. The pasta was great, the flavor mainly tasted like the dijon mustard added to it and the meatballs we’re chewy and tough.
The last recipe I made was the SEARED CHICKEN WITH CREAM AVOCADO BASIL PASTA. The pasta, chicken and avocado was pretty good however the basil became soggy so I wasn’t able to use it, so I didn’t get to taste the whole flavor. I added spinach instead.
There are a lot of delicious recipes to choose from at Terra’s Kitchen. So many I’d love to try like the Loaded Turkey Nachos and Vegetable Fried Rice! I like that there are step by step “How To’s” on the site and in the package they send colorful pages of how to use each ingredient. Prices range from $9.99 to $17.99 per serving. (The higher prices are generally for steak dishes).
The Not So Good: When I opened the package crate, the Polenta had spilled everywhere, making a big mess so I was unable to cook the BEEF RAGU WITH SPINACH-PARMESAN POLENTA. Sounds delicious huh? I also didn’t like that the basil expired before the Use By date and the hamburger meat was too tough.
